Every linen is professionally laundered at high temperature between every rental. Every plate, glass and piece of flatware is sanitized to restaurant standards. Every item is individually inspected and repacked by hand.

Returned & received
Every returned box is unpacked, logged, and assessed item by item before anything is touched.
Professionally laundered
All linens are professionally laundered at high temperature. Crisp, fresh, and beautifully pressed — every time.
Sanitized to restaurant standards
Every plate, glass and piece of flatware is sanitized using food-safe, restaurant-grade methods. The same standard as your favourite fine dining table.
Individually inspected
Every item is inspected by hand. Anything that doesn’t meet our standard is removed from rotation and replaced. We’d rather absorb the cost.
Repacked with intention
Your box is repacked by hand — tissue-wrapped, ribbon-tied, Clean Promise card dated and signed. Then and only then does it leave our hands.
